Always wash hands when returning from the restroom, or any other part of the building.
Always wear disposable gloves when handling any non-packaged foods (hot dogs, nacho chips, pizza, etc...). Gloves do not need to be worn to serve candy or beverages.
Please use tongs to remove pickles or jalapenos from the jars. Jalapenos are to be served in the small condiment cups with lids, and pickles are to be served in the paper shells (we use these only for pickles, not for hot dogs).
Hot dogs must be fully heated through to 165 degrees. Check the temperature with a thermometer (located in drawer below hot dog machine). With gloved hands and tongs, place hot dog into bun, and then wrap with an aluminum foil sheet provided. These wrapped hot dogs should be held in the warm roaster oven for serving.
Pretzels are to be heated, unopened, by placing in the warm roaster pan next to the hot dog machine.
Nachos are to be served in the small plastic trays located below the cheese dispenser. Warm pretzels are to be served in the larger plastic trays IF they are being served with cheese. If pretzels are ordered without cheese, they may be served on a paper plate, with the bag unopened, or simply in the unopened bag.
If extra cheese is ordered, it is to be served in a condiment cup with a lid.
Please wipe down all jars and condiment containers at the end of a shift, prior to replacing in the cooler.
